This will be my tenth year at Enadia Way! I have taught Kindergarten and 4th and 5th grades, as well as serving as the school Coordinator and English Learner Coordinator for many years. I am delighted to be back in 2nd Grade, though!  Before moving to California, I taught 2nd grade for many years as an English only teacher and as part of a team teaching in a Spanish Immersion program.   

Second Grade is a big year for students as they begin to transition from primary and move toward the upper grades. For our class, it is very exciting because they have FINALLY moved from the kinder yard. I have the added privilege of teaching many of my former kindergarten students. I am confident that with effective communication with each other, that we can give your students the help and guidance they need. I am excited to be a part of this important time and look forward to making this a positive and memorable experience.
